  I am very disappointed with this surgery. I was recently mislead into thinking my childs appt would be covered in full as I was explicitly told this on the phone the day the surgery rang to book the appt. I did not contact them first and had no reason at the time to disbelieve them as the previous 2 appts were covered. When they told me how much I had to pay due to the cover no longer applicable (told this after the appt that is) I thought this was absurd, I'd never paid that much for my own appts. I do have dental cover which I didn't even get the chance to sort out for my child. What a rip-off! My ability to make an informed decision was taken away. Needless to say I wouldn't have attended the appt knowing how much they charge for the service. If they had made an effort to compensate the appt as it was their complete screw up I wouldn't be complaining at all.
